Garlic Kale Chips

This has got to be the easiest chips I have ever prepared. On the plus side, it’s healthy for ya!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 13 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Kale
  • Minced Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Himalayan Salt

Directions:

  • Rinse off the kale. Drain until most of the water has run off.
  • Preheat the oven to 300 o F.
  • In a large bowl, add minced garlic, olive oil and Himalayan salt. Break the kale into large pieces and toss it into the bow. Mix.
  • Place the kale onto a baking sheet and place it into the oven. Bake for about 13 minutes or until the kale is crispy. Be careful not to over cook the kale.

Storage:

This can be stored in a zip lock or other air tight container for about a week.
