This has got to be the easiest chips I have ever prepared. On the plus side, it’s healthy for ya!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 13 minutes
Ingredients:
- Kale
- Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Himalayan Salt
Directions:
- Rinse off the kale. Drain until most of the water has run off.
- Preheat the oven to 300 o F.
- In a large bowl, add minced garlic, olive oil and Himalayan salt. Break the kale into large pieces and toss it into the bow. Mix.
- Place the kale onto a baking sheet and place it into the oven. Bake for about 13 minutes or until the kale is crispy. Be careful not to over cook the kale.
Storage:
This can be stored in a zip lock or other air tight container for about a week.
