The kids and I love going to the beach on a hunt for large, beautiful, flawless shells. It’s like finding treasure when we find that perfect shell. Often times, we overlook the small and fragmented shells. However, I find that the littlest shells can also put a nice touch to home decor.
I bought a mirror from the dollar store which had a flimsy frame. After ripping the original frame off, I used a glue gun to stick the shells to the mirror. I used, small shells, broken shells and a few whole shells. This frame worked well in my ocean-themed bathroom.
Total cost: About $1 🙂
